Robin Schönbeck studied Business Studies, majoring in Information Technology, at the University of Tübingen. After three years of professional experience working in controlling at a consulting firm, he founded, in 1996, the Solvenz GmbH, a consultancy specialising in liquidity and cost planning. In 1999 he founded the intertrade internet services GmbH, in which, in 2000, the Bertelsmann AG took a holding in. In October 2004 the fusion between intertrade and mentasys took place. At mentasys, he is responsible for the financial, legal and business development divisions.

After the takeover of mentasys by LYCOS Europe in 2006, Robin Schönbeck is responsible for the White Label Business, Sales und Customer Relations at Pangora.

Dirk Schwartz studied Computer Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe. He founded his first company, websolute AG while still at university. In the summer of 2000, he sold websolute AG, with its 50 employees and branches in Munich and Hong Kong to the listed portal WEB.DE. There, as a Senior Manager, he headed a number of different divisions. In 2002, he once again became self-employed concentrating on the topic of "User Interfaces". In the middle of 2003, Dirk Schwartz and his team were taken over by mentasys. At mentasys he was responsible for the divisions of product development, customer projects and personnel.

After the takeover of mentasys by LYCOS Europe in 2006, Dirk Schwartz is responsible for the divisions Product Management and Technology at Pangora

Tim Stracke studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) and acquired an MBA in the USA. After working as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Buenos Aires and Düsseldorf, he founded. in 1999, the youSmile.de AG. The gift portal, which as market leader in 2001 was awarded the Internet Retailer of the Year Award (Newcomer), is today a 100% subsidiary of the mentasys GmbH and is headed by Tim himself. Additionally, he is also a lecturer in E-Commerce and eBusiness at the BA-Stuttgart (University of Cooperative Education). In 2001, he founded the mentasys GmbH and was responsible for the divisions of sales, marketing and investor relations.

After the takeover of mentasys by LYCOS Europe in 2006, Tim Stracke is responsible for the management of Pangora's own Brands LYCOS Shopping, Fireball, Hotbot, BuyCentral and eVITA
